You probably know just as well as anyone that there’s really no reason to buy any other generation than the C5 if you want a quick corvette track Car or  race car. They're pretty great.

Only reason I’m looking at other cars is because I want something a little different. A l ittle smaller and lighter I think.

Yep, they are cheap and the built just under a quarter million of them. Mine remain mostly mechanically stock, but it’s definitely not going to be a preservation piece.

I admit that he’s a good content creator and a decent Youtuber, but for some reason I just cannot get into Cletus’ channel AT ALL....

It’s not that I don’t like him or his content but....I don’t know....I just don’t connect with it at all the way I do other Youtube channels like Miller Corner, Mighty Car Mods, Hubnut, and others.

It’s because he is the car version of Larry the Cable Guy. He’s from a Nebraska and fakes a redneck accent. That being said, he genuinely seems like a good guy, and he knows how to put on a show.

The shape didn’t left much to the imagination but i would have preferred something more original, but in a way, a Corvette is an original choice for a drift car .

Needs more Fords. He has said multiple times the vic is most reliable vehicle in fleet.

I do like that color blue tho. And the Z06 wheels are some of the best looking stock wheels.

Launching things tend to kill them. Plus, his C7 had  been running 30k miles at over 800whp.

Neighbor’s engine is fully built, too. And Leroy is only on engine number 3, and number 2 was just refreshed and put in Ruby(and killed by making it a little too spicy) . Engine number 2 also survived breaking a world record with no coolant, and made multiple passes at that.  Engine number 3 was just because they wanted to go iron block. It’s usually driveline things that break on the Corvettes.

Needed to go to iron block because aluminum block couldn’t handle the boost.
